Refund & Return Policy

At GSMAD, we provide digital products and online GSM services. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

All products and services offered by GSMAD are digital and non-returnable. Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or a service has been processed, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• Your order cannot be completed due to an issue on our end or with our service provider.

• You accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same product or service.

• You paid for a product or service but did not receive it, and no download or processing attempt was made.

• A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the purchased product or service.

Approved refunds will normally be credited to your GSMAD account balance.

3. Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Incorrect order details (such as an incorrect IMEI, Serial Number, Model, or other required information) were provided by the customer.

• The wrong product or service was selected.

• The service has already been completed or the digital product has been delivered.

• The order is marked as non-refundable by our service provider.

4. Refund to Original Payment Method

If you prefer the refund to be returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card), please contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp. Such requests are subject to review and payment provider policies.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number, payment details, and a clear explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.

6. Important Notice

Please verify all order information before submitting your order. GSMAD is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Some of our service providers do not offer refunds for incorrectly submitted orders, and these decisions are final.
